The main ambition of this World Class Hotel in Cornwall was to promote sustainable economic growth by extending the seasonality of the resort and thereby create year-round trade and employment.

The sensitive development included the creation of eight, three and four-bedroom beach lodges which are serviced by the Carbis Bay Hotel. Each lodge is finished to a high specification, with luxurious furnishings befitting the Hotel’s Five-Star status. The lodges all come with private gardens, providing direct access onto the award-winning Blue Flag beach.

Alongside the beach lodges is a versatile, multi-purpose leisure facility. On the ground floor, cafes and retail outlets serve the beach-side promenade space; the middle floor houses additional club room hotel accommodation, whilst the top floor offers a restaurant, bar and event space – all with fantastic panoramic views out across the bay.
