Our sensitive designs for six, three-bedroom, beachfront holiday lodges in one of Cornwall’s most iconic locations have transformed an outdated, redundant holiday complex into an innovative development that fits harmoniously into its setting.

Atlantic View is an exciting blend of contemporary design and renewable technologies, including solar thermal panels, air source heat pumps and a Green Roof System.

The green roofing, which has been planted with sea thrift (a common local flowering plant native to the north coast), and other indigenous plants, reduces energy use as well as helping the buildings to blend into the existing landscape.

Cut into the natural elevation of the site to minimise their visual impact, the new lodges feature organic forms in natural materials such as stone and timber which are sympathetic to the surrounding terrain and enhance the rural character of the area.
