Best Individual New Home Regional Finalist

This new dwelling replaced a former cottage which was in need of major renovation and conversion, after consideration it was clear that the way forward was to demolish the existing cottage and construct a modern family home.  So The Fort offered a rare opportunity to sensitively re-develop the site with a contemporary family home, one that respects site and place, against the stunning backdrop of the Camel Estuary.
