New Amenity Facility at Pentewan Sands Holiday Park

The replacement amenities building at Pentewan Sands Holiday Park represent exemplary high quality and robust facilities to accentuate the Holiday Park’s status as a 5* VisitEngland rated destination. The new facilities replaced an existing outdated building which no longer fulfilled the park’s high expectations.


The Bazeley partnership’s Architects worked with the client to develop a brief which comprised a focus on sustainability and longevity to deliver a building that has a minimal impact on the environment and can withstand the coastal environment and intense usage. Internally the spaces were designed to feel generous, luxurious and be well lit with natural daylight.


Key considerations of sustainability and lowering energy and water use have resulted in a building with a reduced impact on the environment – at certain times is energy positive – yet at no detriment to the overall architecture and experience of the amenity block. Wholly positive reviews from customers on Pentewan Sands Holiday Park’s Facebook and TripAdvisor pages are testament to the quality of the facilities – as one user wrote, ‘definitely not bog standard’! .
