Pelyn House Restoration, Lostwithiel
Pelyn House in Lostwithiel has its origins in the 16th century and was originally constructed and occupied by the Kendall family and is now back in the ownership of the family.
Architects at The Bazeley Partnership were involved in extensive conservation and restoration of the dwelling and grounds.
The work included re-roofing with scantle slate, restoring the east and west wings, restoring the main house and extension as well as rebuilding the grand stairs and restoring external landscaping and gardens.
