Planning Consent for Development in Chilsworthy

An opportunity to develop multiple dwellings within a rural, Devonshire village isn’t a common occurrence, unfortunately. So, the successful planning and proposal for this five dwelling site in Chilsworthy is an exciting project for the team.

The general population of Chilsworthy is older in age than both the national and Devon average. Therefore the village is currently more inhabited by the older generation. Being able to offer young families, or new homeowners, the chance to live in this quiet and community-led location is something we’re proud to add to our portfolio.

The development will be accessed via the communal site entrance and is surrounded by agricultural land. Each dwelling comprises of a separate garden and driveway, allowing allocated parking and personalisation of landscaping.

On the Devon/Cornwall border, with links to both Bude and Bideford, and the nearest town for all amenities being Holsworthy, we’re not expecting these properties to stay on the market for long.
