Replacement Dwellings Scheme for Langfield Manor site, Bude

Architects at The Bazeley Partnership have submitted a new scheme to Cornwall Council for the demolition of two buildings, to be replaced by 8 dwellings.

The ambition of this proposal is to create an outstanding contemporary development, providing high-quality detached homes positioned around a central shared access space, in a prime location in Bude.

There are two buildings on the site which are to be demolished to
allow for the proposed scheme: Langfield Manor, and the Coach House.
Langfield Manor is an early 1900s manor house which is currently subdivided into eight holiday let apartments.

Each dwelling has been designed with their own private amenity/garden space as well as parking for 2 vehicles, including a garage.

The Bazeley Partnership are delighted to bring this high-quality scheme to Bude.
