Planning Consent for Langfield Manor scheme, Bude
Planning Approval for 8 Dwellings at Langfield Manor site, Bude
Architects at The Bazeley Partnership have received planning consent from Cornwall Council for a new scheme at Langfield Manor in Bude. This scheme involves the demolition of two buildings, which are to be replaced by 8 dwellings.
The ambition of this proposal was to create an outstanding contemporary development, providing high-quality detached homes positioned around a central shared access space, in a prime location in Bude.
There are two buildings on the site which are to be demolished to allow for the now-approved scheme: Langfield Manor, and the Coach House. Langfield Manor is an early 1900s manor house which is currently subdivided into eight holiday let apartments.
Each dwelling has been designed with their own private amenity/garden space as well as parking for 2 vehicles, including a garage.
The Bazeley Partnership are delighted to bring this high-quality scheme to Bude.
