Overview
First established over 100 years ago by CR Corfield and later by Geoffrey Bazeley, the practice now trades as the Bazeley Partnership since the merger with The Jonathan Ball Practice in 2001.
The practice is owned and managed by 3 partner Architects, Richard Church, Neil Tibbitts & Martin Back, who have a team of Architects, Technologists, Architectural Technicians, Technical Assistants, Management and Administrative staff across two offices, one in Bude North Cornwall the other in St Austell, working together to deliver Architectural Services we are all proud of.
The practice operates on a 'Project Team' basis. Each commission is overseen by a partner and has Architects and Technologists leading and co-ordinating a network of skills and expertise. This team structure is flexible and able to react to the various demands presented in today's construction industry, to deliver high quality work on time and within budget.

We aspire to create Architecture that is coherent, both emotionally and intellectually, from appraisal through detailed design to completion.
We make our buildings energy efficient and we are fully committed to the use of low maintenance materials from renewable sources and embrace a sustainable approach in our design projects.
